The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chicago and the Busan Committee of CSCI present a P’ansori performance of scenes from The Song of Hŭngbo by Prof. Chan E. Park of Ohio State University.

P’ansori, proclaimed as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2003, is a genre of musical story-telling performed by a vocalist with drum accompaniment.
