In connection with the 3rd Annual Russia Day Gala on June 13, and in celebration of the 13th anniversary of Russian independence, the Moscow Committee of CSCI presents the 3rd Annual Russian-American Business Forum from 11:30 am–2 pm on Thursday, June 13 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
The Russian-American Business Forum is one of the premier business-to-business events for information and networking with Chicagoland’s Russian community. The keynote speaker will be Sergei Kislayk, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States. Other speakers will include Mikaihl Kalugin, Head, Economic Department of the Russian Embassy; Trade Representative, Minister Counselor – Rinat M. Dosmukhamedov, and Piotr Galitzine, chairman of TMK IPSCO.
“Last year’s event drew an eclectic group of entrepreneurs, executives and governments with business or personal ties to Russia,” said Galitzine, who is also Co-Chair of the Moscow Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International. “The event honors Russia’s national holiday, which is celebrated on June 12 to commemorate the Russian Parliament’s formal declaration of sovereignty in 1990.”
There is no charge for this event, but space is limited. The forum takes place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in downtown Chicago.
