Toronto Committee Supports EXPO CHICAGO

Categories: News,Toronto News

EXPO CHICAGO President/Director Tony Karman turned to the Toronto Committee of CSCI for help in reaching the Toronto market for their upcoming art exposition.

Toronto Committee Co-Chair Linda Loving and Toronto Committee member Julie Jacobson worked with Joe and Sandy Rotman of Toronto to develop a productive event. The Rotmans are civic and business leaders in Toronto who happen to own a spectacular collection of contemporary American art.

Drawing on the hosts’ personal rolodexes and contacts developed by EXPO CHICAGO, the June 2 cocktail party attracted an enthusiastic crowd of about 100 significant collectors and others in the fine arts community.

Tony presented an overview of the show’s history and of 2014 highlights, providing an excellent introduction to many potential patrons.

Here’s hoping to see many of our Canadian friends here in September for the show!
