絆 Kizuna 6: Resilience Photo Exhibition
To commemorate the 6th anniversary of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, The Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago, the Osaka Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International, the Japan America Society of Chicago, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Chicago, and the Japan External Trade Organization are presenting a photos exhibition to remember the victims, celebrate the reconstruction of the Tohoku region and show continued support from the people of Chicago to those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami of 2011.

This exhibition is free and open to the public on weekdays from March 20–23, 2017.
In addition, the exhibition will be presented at:
- March 6–17 – Richard J. Daley Center Lobby
- March 24–April 30 – UNIQLO Chicago North Michigan Avenue Store
In addition a commemoration ceremony will take place on March 23.
