The Delhi Committee of CSCI is sponsoring American Retrenchment: Implications for India and Asia, a discussion at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.

Dr. C. Raja Mohan, a leading strategic thinker and commentator on international security, defense, and Asian strategic issues, will visit the Chicago Council on Global Affairs as its inaugural Marshall M. Bouton Asia Fellow. The fellowship was established by the Council’s board of directors to honor Marshall M. Bouton, who served as president of the Council from 2001 to 2013 and is a recognized expert on India and Asia. Each year a prominent scholar, former senior policymaker, or public intellectual known for contributions to Asia’s economic and political development and/or international relations is invited to spend one week as a visiting fellow at the Council on Global Affairs.
