Luncheon featuring Chinese Consul General Zhao Weiping
The Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce and the China Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International present Consul General Zhao Weiping at a business luncheon on Monday, September 30, 2103 at 12 noon at Cai Restaurant located in Chicago’s Chinatown.
Chinese Consul General Zhao Weiping will update the state of China-U.S. trade relations, U.S.-China trade issues, the issues facing China’s leaders as they move from an export to consumer based economy and China’s investment in the U.S. He will also discuss the global impact of the trade relationship on local businesses, particularly small businesses. A question and answer session will follow the Consul general’s remarks.
Registration begins at 11:45 a.m., luncheon at 12 noon and remarks from Consul General Zhao Weiping from 122:30-1 p.m.
$15 for members of the Chinatown Chamber of Commerce, Chicago Sister Cities International, Illinois Restaurant Association and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.
